Rank Advancement Camp!!

We just hosted our 2nd annual Rank Advancement Camp! 3 hours of martial arts training, 5 days this week! The training included Ultimate Kickboxing Drills, ATA X-Treme Weapons, Fitness Kicking Drills (over 2500 kicks this week!), and Integrated Martial Arts Training (combination of kickboxing, judo, and jiu-jitsu). We worked hard and sweat harder! I'm very proud of the effort everyone showed during camp, and look foward to doing it again in the future!

Atlanta Tournament Results

The Atlanta ATA tournament was held this past weekend at the Cobb Galleria. The tournament was hosted by 7th Degree Black Belt, Senior Master Greg Arcemont of Kennesaw, GA. Our school had 23 competitors (Which is a lot for 1 school). Here's the results:

Just another reminder...this event is FREE to the entire community. All of our students are welcome to bring friends with them. If you don't know anyone who trains here, please come meet us and enjoy the festivities!

Along with everything mentioned above, each family will receive a FREE DVD package with safety information for parents on protecting your family at home and while you are away! All you have to do to receive this offer is show up on Saturday, February 27th!
